With a resume as comprehensive as his musical knowledge, Pietro Taucher is an acclaimed musician and producer and a true master of every possible keyboard—piano, organ, Wurlitzer, Moog synthesizer, melodicas and so on. A classically trained pianist since his childhood years, Pietro discovered contemporary music early on and started his career as a professional musician in his teens, becoming what Downbeat Magazine describes as a “blow-torch of energy”.

While moving to Jamaica in 1990 he joined Indika band backing the majority of the Jamaican reggae stars. In 2002 he joined one of America’s most prominent blues/soul/gospel bands, Sharrie Williams and the Wiseguys, based in Saginaw (MI). The band was nominated in 2006 for the highest honor in the blues world, a W.C. Handy Award as best blues band in the USA.
